Week 01.

Before our first call, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire to help provide me with the information I’ll need to begin initial discovery. During our call, we’ll discuss things in more detail as well as complete a comprehensive audit of your existing client process and systems.

STRATEGY CALL

Week 01.

Next, we’ll continue with mapping out a new/revised process, including all the detailed steps from Point A to Point B. This is where you truly get my strategic COO brain on the backend of your business, with the combination of done-for-you implementation.

PROCESS MAPPING

Weeks 01 & 02.

At this point, you can take yourself out for brunch or happy hour, as I’ll be hard at work uploading your canned emails, setting up workflows & automations, creating workspaces, folders & lists, inputting availability within your scheduler and importing data from your previous PM platform, creating packages and payment plans, and the whole nine yards. You’ll receive a mid-point check-in email with updates and any questions that have come up.

IMPLEMENTATION

Week 02.

When everything is locked & loaded inside of Dubsado and ClickUp, we’ll move on to testing all workflows, forms and integrations (such as Zapier and Google Calendar). You’ll also have a chance to provide feedback on anything that needs adjusting.

REVIEW & TESTING

Week 02.

Once all systems are a go, we’ll schedule your 60-minute recorded wrap-up session so you’re super clear on how to use it all moving forward. You’ll also receive our detailed Client Goodbye Guide with recorded video tutorials unique to your set-up as well as 2 weeks of troubleshooting support via Slack.

Do you have set "office hours"?

M-F, 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM EST. TBH's office is always closed on weekends and all major holidays, as well as the last two weeks of December.

how do you communicate with your clients

clickup & Slack! Phone calls are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance. Texting is reserved for my husband, teenage daughter, and my friends that love to send me outrageous TikToks on the regular!

can i add to my project scope?

A favorite question of mine! If at any time you would like to add to your project scope, simply let me know and I’ll put together an estimate based on my current availability and pricing. I am here for you as your business scales and becomes more sustainable and profitable.

do you offer payment plans?

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your Systems setup & automation Experience. Given the short turnaround, the remaining 50% will be due in full 4 weeks after your intial payment is made.
