I encourage you to create space for the things you’re either sick of missing out on or simply neglecting because your eyes are always glued to your screen. I enable you to delegate without worrying you’ll have to re-do it all anyways.

Before our first call, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire to help provide me with the information I’ll need to begin initial discovery. During our call, we’ll discuss things in more detail as well as complete a comprehensive audit of your existing client process and systems.
Next, we’ll continue with mapping out your new/revised systems, process, and workflows, including all the detailed steps from Point A to Point B. This is where you truly get my strategic COO brain on the backend of your business, with the combination of done-for-you implementation.
At this point, you can take yourself out for brunch or happy hour, as I’ll be hard at work uploading your canned emails, setting up workflows & automations, creating workspaces, folders & lists, inputting availability within your scheduler and importing data from your previous PM platform, creating packages and payment plans, and the whole nine yards. You’ll receive a mid-point check-in email with updates and any questions that have come up.
When everything is locked & loaded inside of the platform(s), we’ll move on to testing all workflows, forms and/or integrations (such as Zapier and Google Calendar). You’ll also have a chance to provide feedback on anything that needs adjusting.
Once all systems are a go, we’ll schedule your 60-minute recorded wrap-up session so you’re super clear on how to use it all moving forward. You’ll also receive our detailed Client Goodbye Guide with recorded video tutorials unique to your set-up as well as 2 weeks of troubleshooting support via Slack.
